# Refund Policy

## In short

Your first payment to AfterFees can be refunded in full if you ask within 7 days. Later payments are not refundable, except where the law requires. Trials are free, so there is nothing to refund. This policy takes effect on 2026-11-01 and forms part of our Terms of Service.

## Your first payment

If you are not happy with AfterFees, ask for a refund within 7 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. You do not need to give a reason. This applies to the first payment on your account, and once per customer.

When the refund is made, your paid plan ends and your account returns to the Free plan.

## How to ask for a refund

E-mail support@afterfees.xyz from the e-mail address on your account, and include the date of the payment. For a crypto payment, also include the address you want the refund sent to and the network.

We aim to process refund requests within 5 business days.

## Crypto refunds

Crypto payments are refunded in the same stablecoin you paid with (USDT or USDC), for the amount you paid in that coin, less the network fee for sending the refund. We send it to the address you give us, on a network we support.

We may ask you to confirm the address from the e-mail on your account. Please check it carefully: we are not responsible for funds sent to an address or network you gave us incorrectly.

Partial payments, overpayments and payments sent on the wrong network are handled as described in our Terms of Service.

## Later payments

Payments after your first payment are not refundable, except where the law requires. Nothing renews automatically, and you keep paid features until the end of the period you have paid for.

If we close your account without you having breached our terms, or we stop offering the Service, we refund the unused part of any period you have paid for.

## Trials

Trials last 7 days, are free and need no payment card, so you are never charged for a trial and there is nothing to refund.

## Referrals

If a referred user's payment is refunded or charged back, the referral commission on that payment is reversed.

## Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the consumer protection law of the country where you live.
